I’m not always a fan of country music. I can count how many country singers I actually listen to. Sometimes they are Miley Cyrus, Kellie Pickler… I don’t have alot of favorites. But if I had to choose my most favorite country singer..probably one of the best singers of my time.. it would have to be Carrie Underwood. If you follow American Idol (which I started to do since Season 6), you would know that she won Season 4.
Not only did she won American Idol 4, but to me, she is a real idol to look up to. She doesn’t just talk the talk, but she does it all. She makes a difference in the world herself. On AI Season 6, they had this concert called ”Idol Gives Back”. Carrie was asked to go on the fields of Africa and hand out Mosquito nets and other helpful items to people who needed them. She agreed to participate and she made a music video about her journeys in Africa and what they are suffering from. The song isn’t originally hers. It belonged to a group of singers (I forgot which).
